Case Study
Based in Wigan, Galloways Bakers have been making quality pies, pasties, confectionery and high quality breakfasts since 1971.
They make freshly filled rolls on site with a variety of fillings every day. All of their pies, pasties and sausage rolls are freshly baked and available daily, in every one of their 23 shops across the North West.
At the end of 2022, Food Safety were asked by Galloways to work with them to review their HACCP studies as well as provide a complete review of their food safety management systems across the bakery and retail shops. Since then relationships with the local authority have significantly improved and Food Safety continues to provide food safety consultancy on a once per month basis.
